I do this by training leaders in how communication and behavior are linked in order to optimize the effect it has on a team and an organization.

Leading a group of people is rewarding, but also demanding.

As a leader, it is not enough to be skilled in your profession, you must also understand human behavior to get everyone to pull in the same direction. The manager is also responsible for building a healthy working environment where employees thrive and contribute to their own, the team’s and the company’s development.

If you have good employees, it is extremely important that you take care of them. The most important thing you can do is to ensure that your employees are in constant development and growth, which means that the company is able to deliver at a high level and thus ensure continuity when it comes to customer loyalty and satisfaction. The manager's job is therefore to facilitate the development of employees so that they master their job, thus creating well-being and motivation.

Throughout a long working career, I have had many different professions and positions which have given me the most important insight: what people need to perform.

In addition, I have worked in the hotel and tourism industry both in Norway and Italy, both as an employee, manager and Training Manager, the latter training employees and managers in service delivery and management. 
Having coached people within a wide range of industries, I am well aware of the pressure and the problems connected to several businesses.
For the past 14 years I have studied and worked with people and their development and I have through several certifications put into use concrete tools and strategies to help people perform better in different contexts.
