Company Coach

As a fearless, committed and determined coach, I help my clients break down their own barriers so that they can use their potential, create results and at the same time get the best out of their employees.

The leadership role can be demanding at times and even if you are skilled in your field, not all leaders have equally good knowledge of human behavior.

After all, leading is about precisely that: understanding behavior and what drives each individual in the team in order to bring out the potential in each one, which in turn means that the well-being and performance increase.

Having an independent coach that respects confidentiality, who challenges the manager’s/leadership group’s ways of thinking, who supports the group to set concrete goals and follows up on action plans for implementation, is therefore invaluable.

Here are some concrete reasons why companies should have their "own" external coach:

As a trainer and coach, I have several years of experience in coaching and performance development. This means that I can guarantee good processes that last.

How does it work?

A collaboration can be a natural part of your long-term work as a leader or can be agreed before specific situations/processes. It can also be arranged as a support for an entire management team by having a neutral partner who can work with the group.

Having a coach available in the workplace for both managers (and employees if needed) usually leads to less absence from work and thus smoother workflow, increased performance, and a more harmonious workplace for everyone.

When doing group coaching, the LUXXprofile (personality profile) will be used for a thorough starting point to ensure individual needs are raised, to benefit the group.
